My mother took me to the hospital, but\n            they couldn&#8217;t find anything. So, I went to Georgetown Lombardi and\n            they found a nodule in the bone.&#8221;\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Navin was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and began a journey of\n            treatment with Georgetown Lombardi doctors and continues that today.\n            &#8220;Dr. Toretsky gives me inspiration,&#8221; says Navin.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            Navin took part in a study for an experimental drug. He currently has two clinical trials in the\n            pipeline. Both of these studies involve the addition to chemotherapy\n            of eryaspase, an agent added to red blood cells that starves\n            pancreatic tumors and stops them from growing.\n          <\/p>\n\n          <p>\n            One study will treat patients with pancreatic cancer in the front\n            line with eryaspase + FOLFIRINOX.
