About Us
Who We Are
Every year, the Senior Class Fund comes together to celebrate the achievements of their class, plan memorable senior year events and experiences, educate classmates about the importance of philanthropy for the Hilltop, and encourage their peers to make their senior class gift. The Senior Class Fund is the start of the senior class’ lifelong relationship with Georgetown and the opportunity for the senior class to leave a lasting philanthropic legacy on the Hilltop before they graduate. Thanks to the generosity of senior Hoyas each year, Georgetown’s Senior Class Fund consistently achieves impressive participation rates and ranks as one of the top senior class giving programs in the country.

Class of 2025 Fund
Each year, the Senior Class Fund designs a new slogan and logo based on the legacy of our class. This year, we chose the slogan “Looking Forward,” featuring Jack the Bulldog wearing a Healy Hall crown as our logo, to represent two iconic symbols that all Hoyas hold dear. A symbol of courage, tenacity, and strength, Jack is emblematic of the resilient spirit of Hoyas and the unbreakable bonds our class has formed with each other and the university. Our slogan refers to the fact that we, as seniors, look forward to leaving a lasting legacy during our final year at Georgetown and to becoming engaged alumni as we leave the Front Gates. No matter where we end up, we will always “wear the Healy crown” and carry the memories, values, and mission formed on the Hilltop. We chose to represent our Senior Class Fund mission as a union between Jack and Healy as we pave the way for future Hoyas to look forward to the similar Georgetown experiences. We hope that by giving fellow seniors the opportunity to participate in philanthropy and give back to a community that fostered our own growth on the Hilltop, we can look forward to being forever-active members of the Georgetown community!
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Senior Class Fund?
The Senior Class Fund is a Georgetown tradition for members of the senior class to come together and leave their lasting legacy on the Hilltop before graduation by making a senior class gift. Seniors who choose to make a donation to Georgetown of any amount $5 or more during their senior year are invited to Senior Class Fund events throughout the year, including several signature senior class events. The Senior Class Fund is led by a board of dedicated class leaders.
Where does my gift go?
Seniors can choose to make their senior class gift to whatever aspect of the Hilltop has most impacted their Georgetown experience: whether scholarships or any student organization, athletics program, academic department, or resource center.
How will my gift make an impact?
When it comes to giving to Georgetown, participation matters. The Senior Class Fund’s goal is all about participation, so it’s not how much you give, but simply that you give at all that matters most and will help your class come together to achieve its goal.
Furthermore, Georgetown’s leadership in higher education and power to create positive change depends greatly on philanthropy, and every year small gifts collectively add up to have a major impact on the Hilltop. Your senior class gift helps make possible everything Georgetown is and aspires to be—and helps ensure that future Hoyas are able to have experiences on the Hilltop as great as your own.
