Request ‘Creating Your Legacy’

  • Created by Georgetown’s Office of Planned Giving, this informative estate planning guide includes an outline of the key elements of an estate plan, simple steps you can take to get started with the planning process, a checklist to help you gather relevant documents, and ideas on how you can incorporate charitable giving into your planning.

Please complete the request form below for your complimentary copy of Creating Your Legacy. Make sure to indicate if you would prefer an electronic copy by email or a hard copy via USPS mail.*

We know this process can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we hope this guide will be a helpful resource as you gather information and work to create your legacy. If you need any assistance, contact the Office of Planned Giving at 800-347-8067 or plannedgiving@georgetown.edu.

*Hard copies of Creating Your Legacy will arrive by June. We will send you a digital copy in the meantime.
